Access Your Support Notes with the Care Circle Portal
We’ve been using Careline Live as our electronic care planning tool to improve how we manage your support. Through the Care Circle Portal, you can access your support notes, documents, and schedules in one secure and convenient place.
What the Care Circle Portal Offers
- View your support notes and visit schedules.
- Access important information like care plans and medical details.
- Share support updates securely with family members or professionals.
How to Get Access
If you’d like to use the Care Circle Portal, we’ll send you an email invitation. The email will include a Create Your Account button to set up your password. Invitations are valid for seven days, but if yours expires, let us know, and we’ll send you a new one.

WELCOMING NEW STAFF
We are very pleased to introduce three new experienced Personal Assistants to our team, a warm welcome to Ian, Kaye and Sarah.
We say goodbye to Faye and Roberta and wish them the best of luck for the future.
PUT YOUR FEET UP TONY!!
Tony joined our team in March 2019. During his time with us he has been an invaluable colleague and has offered excellent support to a number of our customers.
Retiring in the New Year, Tony will now have time to enjoy his love of gardening, walking, music and spending time with his grandchildren.
We will miss you Tony. THANK YOU for all you have done.
